Bridge of Hope is a nonprofit, non-denominational, Christ-centered
organization whose mission is to impart hope for complete and permanent
transformation out of homosexuality.
We are an active, qualified member ministry of Exodus International that
provides support for individuals who want to change their same-sex attractions
and/or homosexual behavior.
We also provide support for parents, spouses, family, and friends desiring
help in dealing with a loved one who is involved with homosexuality.

and how our ministry can be of assistance to you.
History - Bridge of Hope (originally named Bridge) was founded in Columbus,
Ohio, and originated in 1989 out of the need of a local pastor who wanted to
provide support for some women in her congregation who desired freedom
from homosexuality.
Bridge of Hope (BoH) became a member ministry of Exodus International in
1993, and has continued to uphold the belief that unwanted same-sex
attraction and homosexual behavior can be overcome through the saving
grace of Jesus Christ.
Since its inception, BoH has desired to educate, motivate, and mobilize the
body of Christ, the church, to become a safe, healing place for the redeemed
homosexual.
BoH does not promote homophobia. Homophobia can be anything from an inward feeling of
disgust or hatred, to an outward verbal display of disapproval or even violence.
We believe ALL people deserve dignity and respect, and have the right to be considered
valued members of society.
We merely wish to express our views and share our testimonies about sexual reorientation
through our relationship with Jesus Christ, and offer assistance to those who want to try to
change their homosexual orientation.
